A new event for 2011, the ‘Chips n Fish’ competition is a chance for restaurants to enter their take on the classic kiwi Fish n Chips and to let their culinary imaginations run wild! The dish will be on offer throughout Feast of Canterbury and diners will vote on their favourite.
